Supervisor (Micro-Kitchen)

Key Responsibilities:

• Placing orders with suppliers and managing the ordering process
• Receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
• Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, including stock rotation and record-keeping
• Overseeing the Micro-Kitchen Pantry Service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation
• Supporting general operational duties, including maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Coordinating with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Assisting with any ad-hoc operational tasks as required to support the wider culinary team

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' relevant experience, preferably in customer service / hotel / restaurant operation
• Good food and beverage knowledge
• Basic communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
