What they need
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the timely preparation of Sales Orders based on customer call-in schedules or PO.
Verify customers' orders, pricing, stock availability, delivery requirements and relevant order.
Monitor and prepare monthly delivery schedules and follow up on customer backorders.
Handle customers enquiries and coordinate the resolution of order discrepancies and delivery issues.
Ensure proper preparation. checking, filling and maintenance of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, delivery documents, invoices and other relevant records.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
SPM or Diploma holder only (Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant working experience)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,953.33 per month
