Your mission:

• Lead, coordinate, and support agents and administrative staff
• Ensure clear communication of goals, policies, and company values
• ❓ Address team questions and provide timely support
• Identify challenges and suggest improvements
• Monitor KPIs, coach team members, and deliver feedback
• Ensure achievement of goals and high performance
• Prepare and analyze reports for your team and leadership
• Collaborate with other supervisors to execute strategic action plans
• Support client needs with solutions and accountability
• ️ Organize team schedules and rotations
• Track performance daily, weekly, monthly, and beyond
• Manage pre-payroll reports and ensure timely follow-up
• Handle escalations via phone, email, text, or chat
• Be responsive to all communications from leadership
• Foster professional growth and skills in your team
