💼 The Job As a Supervisor at O’Neill, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and ensuring the store meets its targets. You’ll maintain the store’s presentation according to O’Neill’s guidelines and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Beyond sales, you’ll be an inspiring leader for the team, providing expert advice to customers and supporting the (Assistant) Store Manager with administrative and communication tasks.

🌟 Your Profile We’re Looking For Someone With ✔ At least 2 years of retail experience (preferably as a senior sales associate or supervisor);

✔ Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset;

✔ A keen eye for trends and a passion for boardsports & the O’Neill lifestyle;
