Supervisor Operation & Customs

About the role

Supervise all export, import, and domestic/international distribution activities. This role involves overseeing export-import documentation processes, coordinating with customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, and warehouses, and ensuring on-time delivery in accordance with established budget standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise export-import documentation processes, including PEB, PIB, BL, COO, Invoice, Packing List, and customs permits
• Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, and warehouses
• Ensure on-time delivery in accordance with the established budget standards
• Develop and implement logistics and shipping cost-efficiency strategies
• Monitor operational KPIs (lead time, shipping budget, clearance performance)
• Manage the export-import & logistics team, including task allocation and performance evaluation
• Identify risks of delays and operational issues, and prepare prompt corrective solutions

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in export, import, and logistics, preferably within the logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain industry
• At least 2 years of experience in a Supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs processes and the latest export-import regulations
• Experienced in using Ceisa 4.0
• Strong negotiation skills with logistics vendors and shipping partners
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage operational teams effectively
• Well-established network within export, import, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors
• PPJK (Customs Broker) certification is a must
