Supervisor, Operations Support Service (Pavilion KL)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and the deployment of the OSS team.
• Conduct routine inspections of mall premises and identify defects or safety concerns.
• Carry out and oversee minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, fixtures and furniture.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and mall management.
• Coordinate and monitor vendors or contractors for specialised repair works.
• Maintain records of completed works and report major or recurring issues to management.
• Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained and comply with safety requirements.
• Provide support during breakdowns, emergencies and operational incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance, facilities management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general repair works.
• Good supervisory, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle tools, equipment and materials.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
