Supervisor Plastic Injection

About the role

This role involves overseeing production operations in a manufacturing environment, with responsibility for planning, quality assurance, inventory management, and team supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders
• Supervise the performance of Group Leaders and Operators
• Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
• Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare weekly and monthly production performance reports
• Identify training needs for team development
• Ensure compliance with all occupational safety (K3) and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and PPIC departments

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the same position, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry
• Proficient in the injection molding process, production planning, quality control, maintenance planning, and people management
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Creative mindset and detail-oriented
