Supervisor, Process Excellence (e-Commerce)

About the role

The Industrial Engineer – Process Excellence Supervisor is responsible for analyzing, improving, and standardizing supply chain and warehouse processes. The role will lead process-improvement projects, conduct productivity and capacity studies, develop performance reports and dashboards, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, cost, and resource utilization. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse operations, inventory control, fulfillment, transportation, systems, and other cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process reviews, observations, and operational assessments across warehouse and supply chain activities.
• Perform time and motion studies, productivity analysis, capacity planning, manpower analysis, and workload assessment.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps to identify bottlenecks, waste, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead process-improvement projects from problem identification and data gathering through implementation and benefits monitoring.
• Analyze operational data and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for productivity, capacity, service level, quality, cost, and other operational KPIs.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures, work instructions, process controls, and productivity standards.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate warehouse layouts, material flow, workstations, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with operations and systems teams on automation, digitization, and system-enhancement initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Relevant experience in industrial engineering, process excellence, operational excellence, continuous improvement, business process improvement, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in time and motion studies, capacity and manpower analysis, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and SOP development.
• Strong project-management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Visio, simulation tools, warehouse management systems, or other analytics and automation platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, value-stream mapping, or other continuous-improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Biñan, Laguna.
