- Minimum D4/Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, property, or fabrication industries.
- Experienced in handling the procurement of project materials and subcontractor services.
- Experienced in tender processes (RFQ/RFP), BoQ/Cost Estimates (RAB), and contract terms and conditions, including payment terms, penalties, etc.
- Strong capabilities in sourcing strategies, vendor management, price analysis, and negotiation.
- Firm, decisive, and highly committed to integrity.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Proficient in project cost control.
- Placement Head Office - Bekasi.
