SUPERVISOR PRODCTION MANDARIN SPEAKER

About the role

Responsible for supervising daily production, managing manpower, and ensuring targets, quality, SOPs, and safety standards are met. Coordinates with related departments, solves production issues, and communicates work instructions between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking teams. Requires leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and good Mandarin ability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily production activities to achieve targets, quality, and delivery requirements
• Lead, guide, and monitor production operators and team members
• Arrange manpower and ensure production activities run according to SOP, Work Instruction, Quality Standards, and K3
• Monitor production performance, productivity, quality, and production issues
• Analyze and follow up on production problems, defects, and downtime
• Coordinate with QC, Engineering, Warehouse, PPIC, and other departments to resolve operational issues
• Provide briefing, training, and coaching to production team members
• Monitor discipline, attendance, performance, and team development
• Prepare and monitor production reports and improvement activities
• Communicate and coordinate with Chinese or international teams according to operational needs

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1); majors in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in an equivalent leadership role within a manufacturing company
• Understanding of production processes, workforce management, targets, quality standards, and SOPs
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work towards targets and handle operational production issues
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required by the company
• Mandarin Speaker: Minimum HSK 3. Able to communicate in Mandarin for work-related activities
• English Speaker: Fluent English communication, both spoken and written
