Kan Biosys is looking for Supervisor Production to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules, allocate resources, and prioritize workflow to meet production goals and customer demands.Quality Control: Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and implement measures to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in production processes, recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, coordinate material procurement, and ensure adequate stock availability to support production schedules.Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance activities, ensure machinery and equipment are functioning properly, and address any malfunctions to minimize downtime.Performance Tracking: Track and analyze production metrics, such as output, scrap rates, and downtime, to assess performance and take corrective actions as needed.Communication and Reporting: Liaise with other departments, communicate production updates, and generate reports on production activities, efficiency, and performance.Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies, maintaining a safe and conducive work environment.Training and Development: Identify training needs, provide guidance to staff, and foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
