Job Summary

Shaan Technologies is urgently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations at our solar manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have strong production management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to supervise workers, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily solar manufacturing and production activities.
• Manage production staff, assign duties, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Store departments.
• Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain daily production reports, records, and staff attendance.
• Ensure machines and production equipment are used properly.
• Support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and productivity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a relevant engineering field is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
• Previous experience in solar panel manufacturing or the solar industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage production targets and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in solar manufacturing, production line management, and supervising technical staff will be given preference.
