Job Description

• Clinic relationships and escalations

• Maintain positive relationships with clinics

• Escalate work team is waiting on from clinics

• Establish and maintain audit process

• Implement and manage audit processes that help ensure team accuracy

• Audit forms and identify inaccuracies; Track audit errors

• Identify processes and/or training that prevent reoccurring errors

• IT relationships and escalations

• Serve as an escalation point when systems issues are identified

• Identify systems and process issues and work with team and technology partners to address them

• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in operations supervision or management
• Associates degree in a related field, or equivalent job experience
• Experience in patient records, coding and comorbidity diagnostic clinical terms
• Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• Demonstrate DaVita values
• Deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment

• Healthcare education and experience
• Experience improving business processes and technical solutions

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00/year.
