Supervisor - Quality Assurance

Job Details:

• Process Management: Oversee the execution of production processes, manufacturing techniques, and food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP) to ensure critical control points are met and product quality is fully compliant.
• Non-conformance & Customer Complaint Management: Lead investigations into quality incidents and customer complaints. Develop Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), track and verify the effectiveness of the actions, and reduce the recurrence of similar issues.
• Quality Data Analysis: Collect and analyze online quality monitoring data. Propose improvement measures for quality fluctuations or potential risks to drive continuous product quality enhancement.
• Internal & External Audits: Organize and manage internal and external food quality assessments. Coordinate preparation efforts and provide comprehensive support to ensure successful audit outcomes.
• On-site GMP Control: Conduct internal GMP evaluations and daily hygiene inspections at the plant. Summarize and analyze inspection results, track corrective actions, and identify potential food safety hazards.
• New Product & Standard Review: Participate in the review of product manufacturing processes, product specifications, and packaging artwork to ensure new products meet all quality and regulatory requirements.
• Team Management: Manage the daily operations, performance evaluations, and professional training of the online QA team to enhance overall execution capabilities and quality awareness.
