Supervisor R&D Food

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Food R&D, preferably in a supervisory or senior role
• Strong understanding of Food Safety Management System, Halal Assurance System, and GMP
• Experienced in food powder, liquid, and jelly-based product development
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in product stability testing and evaluation
• Experienced in New Product Development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
• Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize product formulations for new and existing products
• Prepare and manage laboratory and production-scale trial schedules
• Develop and maintain Food Safety Management System and Halal Assurance System documentation
• Prepare and control production-related documents and specifications
• Develop and evaluate packaging solutions for production implementation
• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate R&D staff under their responsibility
• Prepare monthly R&D activity reports and conduct staff performance evaluations
