Supervisor Raw Material Procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably steel or metal manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Description

• Manage the procurement of raw materials to support production requirements.
• Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery.
• Create and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) using SAP.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Warehouse, and Finance regarding material requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports and lead the procurement team to achieve departmental targets.
