About the role

Supervisor Area at Nui Healthy Food, a rapidly growing healthy food brand in Bali. The role involves leading a team, maintaining service quality, and supporting outlet growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations: sales, stock, cleanliness, and service
• Lead crew team and ensure performance aligns with SOP
• Create work schedules and ensure attendance is managed properly
• Analyze sales and prepare daily reports to management
• Maintain customer satisfaction and respond to complaints appropriately
• Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, purchasing, and management

About you

• Minimum 1 year experience as outlet supervisor or leader in F&B
• Ready to be placed in Jimbaran, Kerobokan, or Uluwatu
• Communicative, firm, and possess leadership qualities
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Familiar with Google Sheet or POS cashier is a plus
