Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.​

• Lead and manage the recruitment team and assign recruitment targets and tasks.​

• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews in Mandarin and Indonesian.​

• Coordinate with hiring managers and related departments regarding manpower requirements.​

• Develop and maintain the candidate database and monitor recruitment progress.​

• Arrange interviews, medical check-ups, job offers, and onboarding processes.​

• Act as a communication bridge between Indonesian candidates and Mandarin-speaking management.​

• Assist with translation and interpretation during recruitment processes, meetings, and workplace communication.​

• Prepare regular recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines, interviews, hiring progress, and manpower fulfillment.​

• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted according to company policies, procedures, and recruitment targets.​

• Handle recruitment-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.​

• Support manpower planning and recruitment strategies based on business needs.​

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, both spoken and written.​

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a supervisory role.​

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.​

• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.​

• Able to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets and deadlines.​

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.​

• Experience in manufacturing, smelter, mining, nickel, or other heavy industries is highly preferred.
