Supervisor Restaurant

·         Oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with company standard

·         Supervising staff, handling customer concerns, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment

·         Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts

·         Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints

·         Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to team members

·         Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

·         Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed

·         Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reports

·         Support inventory control and assist with ordering supplies

·         Communicate effectively with management regarding operations and staff issues
