What they need
- Mengawasi dan mengontrol tim sales dan SPG/SPB di store serta memastikan performa penjualan.
- Mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
- Merencanakan dan mengawasi pemasaran B2B & B2C (Social Media, Store, Marketplace).
- Mengorganisir event, promosi, dan product exhibition.
- Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan tim.
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan Min. D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor Sales
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan memimpin
4..Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan berorientasi pada target
- Mampu membaca trend penjualan di Social Media, Store dan Markerplace
