What they need
Mencapai target penjualan: Menyusun strategi, membagi target ke tim sales, dan memantau pencapaian omzet produk telekomunikasi sesuai KPI perusahaan.
Memimpin & membina tim sales: Melakukan coaching, training produk, dan evaluasi kinerja tim agar penjualan layanan internet, paket data, dan B2B berjalan optimal.
Mengelola wilayah & pelanggan: Menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan existing, mencari pelanggan baru, dan memastikan coverage area penjualan sesuai target pasar.
Analisa pasar & kompetitor: Memantau tren industri telekomunikasi, harga kompetitor, dan membuat laporan penjualan untuk bahan pengambilan keputusan.
Koordinasi operasional: Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis, customer service, dan finance agar aktivasi, penagihan, dan after sales layanan berjalan lancar.
