- Memimpin, mengarahkan, dan memonitor tim Sales HORECA dalam mencapai target penjualan.
- Mengembangkan customer baru dan menjaga hubungan dengan Hotel, Restoran, Cafe, Catering, dan bisnis kuliner.
- Melakukan kunjungan dan negosiasi dengan customer untuk meningkatkan volume dan nilai penjualan.
- Memantau pencapaian target, omzet, outlet aktif, dan perkembangan customer.
- Menyusun rencana kunjungan dan area coverage tim sales.
- Memastikan proses order, pengiriman, dan pelayanan customer berjalan dengan baik.
- Melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim serta memberikan coaching dan arahan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.
- Memantau kondisi pasar, aktivitas kompetitor, harga, dan peluang penjualan.
