SUPERVISOR SALES (Luxury)

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor Sales (Luxury) to join our team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As Supervisor Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, leading our retail team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in the luxury perfume sector. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets whilst upholding the premium standards our brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily retail operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
• Deliver personalised customer service to luxury perfume clients, building lasting relationships and enhancing brand loyalty
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with management on replenishment needs
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the luxury brand image
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation standards at all times
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar leadership role in a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of luxury goods, preferably in the perfume or cosmetics industry
• Excellent sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage high-value clients
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and motivating retail teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
• Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale software
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak trading periods
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are advantageous
