Position: Supervisor – Seafood Processing Plant
Industry: Seafood Processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily seafood processing and production activities.
• Manage workers and allocate duties according to production requirements.
• Monitor processing, cleaning, packing, and storage operations.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
• Monitor production targets and minimize wastage.
• Maintain basic production records and coordinate with management.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

Requirements:

• Experience in seafood processing, food production, or a similar industry preferred.
• Good team handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 onwards, based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
