Supervisor / Senior Supervisor ,ISO System

Maintain the ISO management system in accordance with established policies, objectives, and targets, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and laws. Monitor risk assessments and change management processes, analyze and summarize performance results, and compile reports for the QSHEMRC committee to facilitate continuous improvement, thereby ensuring operational efficiency and the maintenance of certification.

1. Oversee the execution of integrated internal audits in accordance with the established plan, taking into account relevant processes and past audit results. Provide guidance to auditors and auditees, analyze issues and obstacles encountered during audits, and propose improvement measures to management to demonstrate that ISO-related plans and activities are effectively implemented and compliant with ISO system requirements.
2. Manage the handling of non-conformities by effectively tracking progress on root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure timely completion, verification, and closure. Additionally, analyze the issues to prevent recurrence, thereby demonstrating a commitment to meeting requirements and continuously improving system performance.
3. Oversee the QSHEMRC system review meeting to ensure it proceeds according to the established plan.
4. Oversee the management and comprehensive risk assessment process in alignment with the organization's context (Risk Management).
5. Support customer audit activities to meet customer needs and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in General Management, Science, or other related fields. at least 5 years of work experience related to ISO systems.

2. Knowledge and Skills: knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 17025

3. knowledge of auditing and has completed an Internal Auditor training course.

4. knowledge and understanding of root cause analysis.

5. Working hours: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (weekends off).

6. Working at TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Head Office, Bang Na-Trat Road (Km. 23), Samut Prakan.
