Supervisor, Server, Sr. Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
• Prepare and serve beverages (for Barista role) as per standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service and work areas
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
• Assist in supervising team members and coordinating shifts (for Supervisor/Assistant Manager roles)
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage service preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
