About the role

The Supervisor / Shift In-Charge is responsible for managing daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring all company SOPs, food safety standards, and operational requirements are followed. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to handle outlet operations independently while supporting the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Ensure all opening, operating, and closing procedures are properly carried out
• Monitor service quality, food preparation, cleanliness, and customer experience
• Lead, guide, and supervise outlet staff during daily operations
• Allocate staff duties according to operational needs
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and compliance with company rules
• Ensure food and beverage preparation follows company SOP and standard recipes
• Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and consistency
• Monitor daily stock levels and ensure sufficient ingredients and supplies are available
• Perform closing procedures including cash counting, payment reconciliation, and outlet checking
