Supervisor, Shop Floor Control (สาขาลำพูน)

At Pandora, we are looking for a proactive and data-driven Supervisor, Shop Floor Control to support and optimize our production operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth manufacturing execution, driving operational performance, and transforming production data into meaningful business insights.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Product Engineering to ensure production plans are executed effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Control and monitor shop floor operations to ensure alignment with production plans and shipment schedules
• Coordinate with Warehouse and related departments to ensure material readiness for production
• Ensure production lines follow the planned sequence and operational requirements
• Generate and analyze daily and weekly production reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and KPI achievement
• Drive operational performance, productivity, and cost efficiency within the responsible area
• Monitor production activities and ensure execution follows company procedures and work instructions
• Support data management and reporting related to engineering product development and production performance
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data structures to support operational analysis and decision-making
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Quality teams to improve products and processes through data analysis
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and assigned projects
• Mentor and support team members to strengthen competencies and promote best-in-class practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, labor laws, and relevant regulations

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing or related manufacturing industries
• Experience in production analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and shop floor operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI is required
• Knowledge of Python is a strong advantage
• Good command of English communication skills
