We are seeking an experienced and organized Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily soft services operations across multiple buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory and leadership skills, sound knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping operations, and the ability to effectively manage cleaning employees, lifeguards, rope access teams, and building housekeeping staff.

Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 4,000

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and supervise day-to-day soft services operations across assigned buildings and facilities.

· Manage and coordinate cleaning employees, building housekeeping staff, lifeguards, and rope access teams.

· Plan and allocate manpower and daily duties to ensure adequate staff coverage and smooth operations.

· Supervise building housekeeping activities and ensure common areas, facilities, and assigned areas are maintained to the required standards.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleanliness, hygiene, housekeeping, and overall service quality.

· Coordinate with lifeguards and monitor their daily duties, attendance, poolside housekeeping, safety requirements, and compliance with site procedures.

· Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and supervision to cleaning and housekeeping employees.

· Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action in coordination with management.

· Handle client, tenant, and building management concerns related to soft services and ensure timely resolution.

· Maintain effective communication with building management, clients, supervisors, and internal management.

· Monitor cleaning materials, consumables, equipment, PPE, and other soft services requirements.

· Respond promptly to emergency, reactive, and urgent cleaning or soft services requirements.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in soft services, cleaning, housekeeping, facilities management, or a related field in the UAE.

· Previous experience supervising cleaning and housekeeping teams is essential.

· Experience managing multiple teams or service functions will be an advantage.

· Experience with lifeguard and rope access operations is preferred.

· Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills.

· Good knowledge of cleaning, housekeeping, hygiene, and facility service standards.

· Ability to inspect sites and identify cleaning, housekeeping, safety, and operational issues.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple buildings, teams, and tasks simultaneously, with good organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and respond to operational emergencies when required.

· UAE driving license is mandatory.

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
