Responsibilities:
- Support the management and operational efficiency of the Sports Division.
- Enhance service quality and strengthen member relationships.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints promptly.
- Maintain operational standards and safety within the Sports Division.
- Support administration and communication within the Sports Division.
- Develop staff capabilities and support Human Resources/Development.
- Perform additional duties and strengthen team effectiveness.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sports Management, Physical Education, Sports Science, or any other related field.
- Having at least 3-5 years of experience in sports management or overseeing sports activities.
- Having experience in planning and organizing sports events, as well as coordinating with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
- Candidates with experience in organizing large-scale events or managing sports activities in sports associations will be given special consideration.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
