What they need
TUGAS UTAMA:
* Mengawasi operasional harian & standar SOP pelayanan di setiap cabang salon.
* Memonitor performa staf (hair stylist, kasir, dll) serta pencapaian target penjualan.
* Mengontrol stok produk salon dan memastikan kebersihan area kerja.
* Membuat laporan evaluasi rutin ke manajemen pusat.
KUALIFIKASI:
* Pengalaman min. 1-2 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Store Leader (diutamakan dari industri beauty/salon/retail).
* Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang tegas, komunikatif, dan target-oriented.
* Wajib memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor) & SIM aktif untuk mobilitas tinggi.
* Bersedia bekerja mobile antar-cabang salon.
* Menguasai MS Office dasar (Excel & Word).
