Our stores are vibrant, fast-paced environments where fashion, energy and individuality come together. We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Supervisor to support our store operations and strengthen our brand presence both in-store and across digital platforms.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance and maintaining an excellent customer experience.

You will also work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing team to coordinate social media content, store campaigns and marketing initiatives, helping connect our retail and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations & Team Leadership

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
• Supervise and motivate the retail team during assigned shifts.
• Assist in coaching, training and developing team members.
• Drive individual and store sales targets while achieving key performance indicators.
• Support manpower planning and daily team deployment when required.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.

2. Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver outstanding customer service and an engaging shopping experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets through active customer engagement.
• Drive monthly membership sign-up targets and promote membership benefits to customers.

3. Store Standards & Inventory

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised and well-presented at all times.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, stock transfers and stock-taking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational standards.

4. Content Coordination & Social Media

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing team to execute social media initiatives.
• Coordinate store staff participating in content creation, including filming schedules and submission deadlines.
• Support the creation of fashion, styling, product and lifestyle content aligned with Subdued’s brand identity.
• Ensure content is published according to approved schedules and brand guidelines.
• Assist with campaign launches, new arrivals, promotions, store events, photoshoots and marketing activations.
• Monitor content progress and encourage the store team to participate in content creation and relevant incentive programmes.
• Support other marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, sales performance and customer service.
• Interest in fashion, social media and digital content creation.
• Organised, proactive and able to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with both retail and marketing teams.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
