Supervisor Sushi Assistant Section Manager

We are an employment agency seeking a Supervisor Sushi Assistant Section Manager for a well-established Japanese supermarket chain.

◉Salary: $70K＋Bounus DOE
◉Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
◉Working Hours: Shift-based between 5:00am~10:00pm(8 hours per day)

Job Duties:
・Supervise sushi preparation at each store
・Review recipes at each store
・Conduct taste and quality checks
・Provide technical training at each store
・Travel to each store as needed

Working Location
Gardena, Costa Mesa, Yorba Linda, West Covina, San Diego, and Irvine
※Will supervise the above stores and provide assistance and technical guidance when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

・Ability to train sushi and prepared food production (experience as a kitchen leader or similar role)
・Valid driver’s license
・Basic PC skills (email, chat, etc.)
・Japanese language skills are a plus

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
