Supervisor Talent Acqusition & Development

About the role

Responsible for managing talent acquisition and employee development activities to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains competent employees in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, selection, and talent pipeline development
• Coordinate onboarding and new joiner programs to ensure effective employee adaptation
• Identify training and development needs based on competency gaps and business requirements
• Plan and coordinate training and development programs, including effectiveness evaluation
• Manage competency, performance, and career development initiatives
• Coordinate with managers and prepare HR reports related to recruitment and employee development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or other relevant major
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the same position in manufacturing company
• Actively identifies talent and development needs
• Understands employee needs and development potential
• Able to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple HR tasks and timelines
• Focused on achieving recruitment and development objectives
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
