Supervisor / Timekeeper

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record daily labour attendance and working hours.
• Ensure all workers report to work on time.
• Check labour attendance at the site and warehouse.
• Monitor workers’ daily activities and productivity.
• Coordinate and allocate labour according to site requirements.
• Record late arrivals, absences, and early departures.
• Maintain accurate daily manpower and attendance records.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
• Report any labour issues or shortages to management.
• Ensure workers follow company rules and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily labour reports and submit them to management.
• Assist with overtime records and labour-related administrative work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Timekeeper, Supervisor, or Labour Coordinator.
• Experience in interior fit-out / construction is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and monitor a large number of workers.
• Basic knowledge of attendance and timesheet records.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
