Supervisor Transport

Requirements:

• experience 2 years as a Transport Supervisor in the Trucking/Logistick industry.
• Ability to coordinate trucking schedules, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to resolve operational issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and delegate responsibilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively.
• Problem Solving, Team Work, conscientious, Innovative and Initiative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make driver and vehicle schedules in accordance with the allocation of vehicle and driver requests and allocations according to the Customer.
• Ensure and monitor the realization of the schedule.
• Make adjustments to the schedule by considering the realization and effective use of vehicles if there are obstacles.
• Communicate with all related parties for the smooth realization of delivery orders.
• Oversee the day-to-day transportation operations of an organization.
• Supervise and coordinate transportation activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Directly supervise the transportation team, including drivers and logistics coordinators.
• Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies regarding vehicle maintenance, driver behavior, and safety procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, problems, and complaints regarding transportation services.
• Supervise and ensure the recap report of the shipper's order realization in accordance with the schedule.
• Supervise and ensure the completeness and accuracy of filling out all documents in accordance with the SOP.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on transportation activities.
• Assist in managing the transportation budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost saving opportunities.
