Supervisor, Warehouse

Detail essential job responsibilities, requirements and key deliverables for the role:

• Ensure all employees adhere to the company safety policy.
• Execute transactions within the ERP system to support Shipping, Receiving, Production and Inventory Management activities.
• Direct workforce to ensure daily productivity goals are achieved.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of activities
• Daily communication Production Management/Human Resources regarding attendance
• Daily communication with Operations Team to receive priorities and planned work
• Training of new employees
• OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communication, ability to work in team environment, follow written and verbal instructions/ direct employees.

Work Environment Some exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Physical Demands Sitting 0%, standing/walking 100%. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
