Supervisor - Warehouse

About the role

Supervise daily warehouse operations covering Inbound, Allocation & Replenishment, Picking, and Outbound Dispatch activities. Lead and develop operational team members to support productivity, service quality, and operational excellence. Plan and deploy manpower, equipment, and resources to meet operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations covering Inbound, Allocation & Replenishment, Picking, and Outbound Dispatch activities
• Conduct daily status meetings with assigned process area or shift teams to review prior day's performance and develop action plan for current day
• Lead and develop operational team members to support productivity, service quality, and operational excellence
• Plan and deploy manpower, equipment, and resources to meet operational requirements
• Monitor receiving, put-away, replenishment, allocation, picking, staging, loading, and shipping activities to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and completed within the required service level
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitor and update operational activities in WMS, SCE, Highjump and other warehouse systems
• Supervise outbound operations, including local distribution, export shipments, and customer-specific dispatch activities
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, customer requirements, and company policies

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre operations
• Experience in managing inbound, replenishment, picking, and outbound operations
• Knowledge in Warehouse operations, Warehouse Management System (WMS), Highjump and related logistics systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work shifts when required
• Must be able to work at Port Tanjung Pelepas, PTP - Johor
