Supervisor with Driving License - Facility Management

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory and communication skills, good knowledge of facility management operations and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facility management operations at assigned sites.
• Manage and monitor technicians, cleaners, helpers and other site staff.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure facilities are maintained to required standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
• Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and client procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.
• Previous experience as a FM Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance and facility operations.
• Experience in supervising technicians and site manpower.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Candidates with UAE Facility Management experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
