We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and personable Supervisor/ Assistant Manager to join our team and help us deliver the warm, attentive service our pub is known for.

Ability to lead the team on shift, uphold standards, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and maintain a warm, efficient service environment.
• Oversee FOH operations, bar service, stock levels and venue presentation.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues confidently.
• Support training, coaching and day‑to‑day supervision of the team.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with cashing‑up, banking, stock control and rota support where required.
• Maintain communication between FOH and BOH during busy periods.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer‑service skills and confidence managing busy shifts.
• Clear communicator with a calm, practical approach.
• Organised, reliable and standards‑driven.
• Desirable: Kitchen Experience, cellar knowledge and experience with stock or cash handling.
