We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor/Bar Manager to join our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Cash handling and responsibility for opening/closing procedures.
• Contribute to promoting the pub and upcoming events.

About You:

• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience (pub/bar preferred).
• A confident leader with strong communication skills.
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and match days.
• Reliable, organised, and customer-focused.
• A positive attitude and a team player who leads by example.
