Job Summary:
As a Supervisor/Shift Lead, you will be providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
• Take accurate orders and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently
• Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen and restrooms
• Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and food products
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food is prepared safely
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Address customer inquiries or concerns and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold the brand image and adhere to company policies

Qualifications:

• Prior QSR experience preferred
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy shifts
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical effort
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
