About the role

This role involves providing professional driving and transportation services for a CEO and their family, with responsibilities spanning executive mobility, child school transportation, vehicle maintenance, and operational administration.

Key responsibilities

• Transport CEO from residence to office, meeting locations, airport, and other business engagements on time
• Maintain standby and flexible availability to accommodate CEO's dynamic work schedule, including outside regular hours and weekends
• Select efficient, safe, and traffic-free routes using navigation applications (Google Maps/Waze)
• Transport CEO's child to and from school according to consistent school schedules
• Arrange transportation to extracurricular activities, courses, or other family activities as instructed
• Ensure child safety during travel, including seatbelt compliance and safe drop-off at designated school zones
• Coordinate with school or caregivers as needed during child handover at school
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) daily
• Conduct routine checks on engine condition, oil, battery water, tire pressure, braking system, and lights
• Manage vehicle maintenance scheduling at authorised service centres, fuel management, and vehicle documentation (registration, insurance)
• Comply with all traffic regulations for passenger safety
• Record and manage vehicle operational expenses (fuel, tolls, parking, service costs) transparently using provided reimbursement or cash systems
