Supper cook

The position is 4 evenings per week. 4pm till 7pm. (Position is alternate weekends non-negotiable)

Pay rate is £13.00 weekdays and £13.70 Weekends

You will ensure that the Kitchen and associated areas fully conform to the requirement as laid down under Health and safety at work legislation. you will be responsible for preparing suppers for the residents of the nursing home and residential home and the washing up and the cleanliness of the Kitchen. You will ensure that a high standard of food preparation is maintained and to implement the requirements as set out by the Environment Health Requirements for the home and current Food Safety legislation including HACCP.
