Supplement Formulation & Product Development Lead

DiagoFit is looking for an experienced supplement product-development operator to help build and improve our sports-nutrition product line.

This is not a generic nutritionist or coaching role. We’re looking for someone who has personally helped take supplement products from concept through formulation, manufacturing and launch.

You’ll be responsible for owning key parts of the product-development process, including:

• supplement formulation and ingredient selection
• dosage decisions and product differentiation
• pre-workout / performance nutrition product development
• selecting and working with contract manufacturers
• sourcing raw materials and branded ingredients
• flavour development, powders, mixability and overall product experience
• sample testing and formulation iterations
• understanding COGS, margin and commercial viability
• competitor and category research
• taking products from idea through to finished product

What we’re looking for

• proven experience in supplements, sports nutrition or performance nutrition
• ideally brand-side product-development experience
• products you have personally worked on that reached market
• strong knowledge of formulation, ingredient selection and dosing
• experience working with contract manufacturers
• understanding of raw materials, suppliers and branded ingredients
• experience with powders / pre-workouts is highly preferred
• commercial understanding of margins, COGS and repeat purchase
• someone comfortable taking real ownership rather than only advising at a high level

Pay: $80,000.00 - $138,528.14 per year
