Supplier Contract Specialist

Context

The Supplier Contract Specialist supports our client in monitoring and further professionalizing supplier and contract management within the SIAM-run. The focus is on accurately translating service management needs into contractual agreements, supporting standardization of contractual clauses, and ensuring a workable alignment between contract, governance, and operational service delivery.
The role supports the further development of a SIAM-compliant collaboration with service providers, also during the run phase.

Missions

• Support the monitoring of contractual agreements with involved suppliers.

• Help ensure that service management agreements are correctly translated into operational follow-up.

• Support the use of standardized service management clauses in new or amended contracts.

• Identify contractual risks, gaps, or ambiguities impacting service delivery.

• Prepare and support supplier reviews and follow-up meetings.

• Contribute to a uniform and professionally organized supplier governance.

• Support alignment between service delivery, governance, and contractual obligations.

• Document points of attention and recommendations regarding supplier and contract monitoring.

Working Conditions

• Languages required: Dutch (active knowledge), English (active knowledge), French (active knowledge)

1. 10 years of experience in contract follow-up and service agreements
2. 5 years of experience in stakeholder and supplier management
3. 5 years of experience with service management clauses and standards
4. Expertise in supplier management and contract follow-up
5. Confirmed skills in SLA/KPI governance, SIAM, vendor governance in operational context, stakeholder and supplier management, risk identification in contract execution, and service management clauses and standards
6. Confirmed affinity with public procurement or government context
7. Active knowledge of Dutch, English, and French languages
