Job Overview

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Framework Supplier Manager to join Paragon Business Essentials . The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of Vendors within scope of a government framework arrangement, ensuring each Vendor completes the required due diligence, compliance and contracting activities accurately and on time.

The role will actively manage Vendors through Paragon’s Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform, maintain clear records and reporting, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues that could delay onboarding or prevent compliance.

This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong supplier onboarding, compliance, process management and stakeholder coordination experience.

This is a 6 month FTC to start as soon as possible

Location - Remote UK

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm or 8:30am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of all Vendors within the agreed framework scope
• Drive timely completion of supplier registration, due diligence questionnaires, approvals, agreements and supporting documentation
• Coordinate onboarding volumes and activity against the implementation plan and agreed go-live dates
• Create, maintain and actively manage Vendor records within Paragon’s SRM platform PartnerHub where applicable
• Ensure supplier information, evidence, approvals, expiry dates and risk outcomes are complete, accurate and auditable
• Validate evidence relating to areas such as insurance, financial stability, data protection, cyber security, modern slavery, sanctions and business continuity, in line with the agreed process
• Understand and apply relevant government framework and Buyer-specific requirements, escalating where obligations are unclear or cannot be met
• Work closely with Procurement, Supplier Management, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Finance and operational teams
• Facilitate issue resolution and ensure decisions, exceptions and risk acceptances are documented and approved by the appropriate owner.

Skills and Attributes we are looking for

• Proven experience managing supplier onboarding, due diligence or supplier compliance processes.
• Practical experience using an SRM, supplier onboarding or third-party risk management system.
• Strong process management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of suppliers and competing deadlines.
• Confidence reviewing supplier evidence, identifying gaps and following actions through to completion.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and record keeping.
• Ability to work independently, escalate effectively and maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting a UK government framework or public sector contract is desireable
• Knowledge of government supply-chain compliance, including data protection, cyber security, insurance and modern slavery requirements is desireable.
