Job Title: SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance)

About this role

Are you an engineering professional passionate about quality excellence and customer satisfaction? As our Supplier Quality Assurance, you will drive technical investigations, lead root-cause failure analyses (8D, 5-Why, FTA), and champion CAPA implementations for complex electronic and automotive products. Working closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Field Application teams, you will safeguard product quality and elevate our customer experience across remote and on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and resolution of major customer complaints and escalations.
• Establish, maintain, and optimize customer complaint handling processes, including RMA, Failure Analysis (FA), and 8D reporting.
• Ensure the quality of customer responses in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Lead root cause investigations using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, and SQA teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation and monitor the effectiveness of improvement actions.
• Support FAE teams and customers in analyzing equipment and system failures.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for product-related issues.
• Conduct technical investigations and recommend corrective measures.
• Collaborate with R&D, Project Management (PM), Manufacturing, and SQA teams to resolve quality and reliability issues.
• Lead quality review meetings and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders throughout the issue resolution process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with electronic and automotive manufacturing processes and ISO 9001 basics.
• Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Practical experience with the 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Proficient in root cause analysis using 8D reports, QC 7 tools, 5-Why analysis, Fishbone diagrams, and FTA.
• Solid foundation in Process Capability Analysis and Measurement System Analysis (Calibration, GR&R).
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret production and quality data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong team collaboration capabilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, self-managing, and open to innovative ideas.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written); Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Certifications: IATF / VDA 6.3 auditor certificate.
• Technical Extras: Programming skills for data analysis.
