Supplier Quality Engineer/ Asst. SQE

About the role

This role focuses on support for technical handling in new project transfer, with responsibility ensuring the quality and reliability of products sourced from external suppliers. This critical position ensures that suppliers adhere to rigorous quality standards, contributing directly to the overall success and reputation of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical handling in new project transfer

• Ensuring the quality of materials/ products from suppliers.

• Develop comprehensive timelines and schedules that outline project phases, tasks, milestones, and deadlines

• Administer assigned project files

• Prepare calculations and work procedures in support of projects

• Assist in checking MSA, engineering drawings, machines, gauges and fixtures to ensure they are qualified with Critical Items (CI) and well prepared

About you

• Bachelor or diploma degree in technical major or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in SQE/ QE of mechanical, electrical, or instrumental field
• Proficient in the use of quality tools analysis, such as Minitab and Microsoft software
• Experienced in developing technical proposals, deliverables, and work procedures
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (advantageous)
