Supplier Quality Engineer-Cell supplier management

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Overview: Senior Supplier Development Engineer for JDM/EMS/ODM/component supplier management. It's requested to have strong background for specific component /electronic manufacturing, process engineering and good quality management skill. Work independently to complete assigned tasks. Component Experience in Battery Cell manufacturing area is must. Key Responsibilities: JDM/EMS/ODM supplier management including:

• Quality system audit and Lean Six Sigma audit for supplier selection and assessment.
• NPI qualification: Support cross functional activities in the supply chain for new product quality and manufacturing readiness, by means of PPAP, CTQ, lean, and process sign off procedure.
• Experience and familiarity with typical electronic product launch phases (EVT, DVT, MVT and etc).
• Supplier quality scorecard maintenance and drive for supplier continuous improvement.
• Support sustaining project technical operational issues problem solving including material, process, fixtures, equipment and etc by use of 8D methodology. Host critical issue triage meeting across global Zebra operation team.
• Drive for CTQ (Critical to Quality) implementation at supplier site to standardize and optimize process through FMEA/Control Plan/MSA/CPK/SPC/Error Proofing.
• Cost saving through lean six sigma projects. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 -7 years work experience
• Education and training in quality disciplines is required
• Problem solving and analytical ability
• Full knowledge of job related policies and procedures as well as corporate policies and procedures
• Six Sigma training or similar certification / training preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
